WHO AM I???
Man who has worn many hats. Born in
Canada, resident American, worker (video specialist), twice married, twice divorced, two years of community college,one year
of university, partook in those smoky 70s, and much more. I am an active, robust, 57 year old thinker, who is now residing
in Mexicali Mexico and for 26 years I resided in the south end of San Diego, about 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
The
Greeks used the prefix "philo," meaning "love of"; there are many things to which I have a love of: music, movies, computer
and internet, friends, life, chatting with open-minded people, and studies. What follows on this web page is a product of
such studies. Though varied in my studies, I have become fascinated with the middle ages and a cluster of related topics.
Among them are the Knights Templar, the mystical thought (both religious and outside the Church). There is a gravitation which
pulls people towards the religious and mystical, and I love to ponder the nature of this gravity.
Most of you who click
on to my web site will be on ones own spiritual path to enlightenment, thus the interest in works that have made the codex,
have been burnt, or consider as having been inspired by a divisive Abraxas, the Gnostic secondary,rascal God. They are dualistic,
in that they worshiped two
Gods. What I have included below are some of the more "grabbing" of works that I have found
in my extensive readings. At my other web site (please click on to it) is an account of the Gnostic belief structure. I am
a link in a circle that bring the searcher back to himself, and there he arrives again with greater insight.
